New Group Descriptive poem
Rosa Cobos and myself have recently launched a new group, called Tarot~Maps of Conciousness , a tool that we both use in some form or other. Rosa described her experience in a poem called “A World’s Theatre” on our overview page. / This poem was written, excerpt style from the fifth chapter of my book, “Sailing through the 7C’s”, CHARACTER being one of the “C’s”. / Character in healing is a basic discovery of self – inherent to our ancient and universal psyche – providing foundation for your personality, drives, feelings, beliefs, motivations and actions. They take an active role as guardians and inner allies, existing as potential and lie dormant, until triggered by some situation in the environment or in the conscious or unconscious mental life of an individual. They can also be consciously triggered through intent. Archetypes exist in the collective domain of the vitual order of Being, as states of information, energy and awareness in potential. / We are drawn to, compared to, referred to, and are aware of archetypes from a number of areas: Gods & Goddesses; characters of Myths and Legends from all cultures; Deities; religious figures; Heroes & Villains of a thousand faces; Historical literature and poetry; Ancestral namesakes and/or resemblances; Storybook and cartoon characters; Movie and television characters; as well as our own imaginations… / I chose the baseline of the TAROT Major Arcana, because symbolically they represent our actual personalities – because, at some point in our lives, we experience each of their principles – no matter who you are, where you live, your sex, religion, or belief system – the experiences tell the story of our deepest secrets and hold the hidden treasures of knowledge. / The poem represents the positive and negative forces/aspects/attributes of each of the twenty-two characters of the TAROT.

Just a fun piece of writing to highlight the Great West Country Getaway, which is a joint group meet taking place on March 22nd 2010 in Cornwall for a minimum of 4 nights.
