  • I found one of these flowers on the grounds of my hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia which gave me the idea for this photo. I have always loved the contrast of ciment or rock against a delicate flower so I secretly picked one off of the tree which was in a slightly better shape and started shooting. This was the small path leading to the pool area. I did add a curves adjustment layer to give it a cross-processed look and add a more vintage feel to it.

  • The timbered bridge with autumn leaves

  • well now.. clear polish can’t possibly be sinful so I had to add some sinfulness to it… really…clear being sinful… pathetic…. ;) I love that the brush looks like a figure of a woman in a dress too… Nikon D80 / For the Define Yourself Challenge in The Woman Photographer group I decided to add this one, but hosts can’t win this challenge so it shall be removed. Why did I pick this one? For so many reasons: I am a woman, I am a mom, a wife, an artist, a student. I struggle with each on a daily basis. I have lost my faith and my religion. / HOWEVER I am beautiful, I am strong and have a fire in me that keeps me going and I love life. I feel this image fits me well. Even though I rarely paint my nails lol! =)

  • Abstract Macro Photography This photograph is taken from the back elevation of a slab of concrete. / The concrete looks like it was attached to something at some stage because it has create this wonderful sea-scape! / Found on the old waste ground / Old ‘Yorkshire Chemicals’ site / YCL / Kirkstall Road / Leeds
