I attended a rescued greyhound fund raiser where I observed this little girl with her greyhound. The dog appeared to be fearful of being returned so it hide behind her. 9×12 Gouache

Taken with a fuji Finepix point and shoot whilst sitting on a Greyhound bus in America last year. I really like this because it seems an unusual view of riding on a bus and gives me a sense of not knowing where I was as the signs meant absolutely nothing to me

Jack is a rescue from the Greyhound racing circuit in Florida. Because he wasn’t fast enough to race, he was used as a bait dog for the other Greyhounds. He’s covered with scars, but his beautiful loving soul is intact.
