This is our new pup Phoebe Roo ( she’s like a kangaroo) she’s an Italian greyhound, only 13 weeks now. I have a pic of my other dog Millie on here so to be fair I took one of phoebe too.She has this one ear that is always sticking up. She is so fast now we cant even catch her, she sure is stirring up the house, we just love her to pieces !!

This is a photograph of our 5 month old Italian greyhound Phoebe roo, they are just a smaller breed than the greyhound. She loves to cuddle with us and her favorite blankets. They have a very thin coat and get chilled easily. When she sleeps on this blanket we don’t always see her so we yell “where’s my Phoebe” !!! ? and her head pops up. It’s kind of an abstract doggie portrait.

Took this shot the other evening with my Nikon D70 having borrowed a friends lens+converter for 20 minutes. Pretty pleased with the results although I did have to crawl through a marshy patch of thistles to get close enough! / I’m sure if you’ve ever tried to get close to a Hare you will understand how tricky this shot was- he is no pet rabbit thats for sure! / I’m a big fan of Hares and am quite blessed in the fact that so many live near my cottage in rural Kings Ripton, Cambridgeshire. My daughter was sick on the couch for 4 days and Phoebe stayed by her for much of the time, She often licks to comfort herself when she is tired but it has the same effect on us when she does it. We love our Pets and their never ending friendships.

This traffic cop stood out a mile in her orange rain gear in New York City! As you can see, I shot this just as a Greyhound bus was going past, which helped to create a nice contrast.
