AS IS…...Spring 2009 Maximum zoom for my camera, but I saw this tree all lit up so pretty way across the river, and just had to capture its light. / No need in adding any blur here lol… / The spring winds did that for me, and even though this is not clear…I love it! / I like the color, and the sunlight illuminating on this Elm trees new spring blooms, and baby leaves. Like tiny lights in the sky. / Photography is not all about perfection always for me, its about color, and light, and just taking the shot, and try to capture it as my eyes see it, or as it is, in the natural world of light, illuminating its subjects.

5”x7” This is a handmade card I created with Koh-I-Noor woodless colour pencils, water based ink brush pens, oil pastel and gold metallic ink on Canvas Paper. The eye of the bird is actually a very tiny glass green bead. This creation is partly inspired by The Golden Bird by The Brothers Grimm ”...As the clock struck twelve he heard a rustling noise in the air, and a bird came flying that was of pure gold; and as it was snapping at one of the apples with its beak, the gardener’s son jumped up and shot an arrow at it.
