It’s Easter today and my mom stopped over early to give these to me, I took a picture of them to make them last forever. Today is a beautiful sun shiny day, the sky is so blue with puffy white clouds. Well I better get busy and put the Ham in the oven….............Happy Easter !!!!!!

For those of you who remember, Falkor was the name of the Luck Dragon in The Neverending Story, back in the eighties. I always loved the movie and Falkor was an adorable cross between a dog and a dragon, strange though that might seem, who stuck with me always. :) / A marriage between Apophysis and Photoshop Elements 2.0. I took the viewfinder and my Canon down to the beach on Sunday to take some summer shots. This is one of the results from that day. The seagull flew into the shot and I didn’t notice it until I started processing this one. There was a feeling of closure and finality in this shot with the gull included. I really enjoy a bright sunny day with a few clouds scattered across the sky. Especially sitting down on the beach, really makes me feel like a kid again. Original shot cropped and layered once, with hue adjustment and a warming filter added. See here for instructions on how to create this image.
