the 7572 ft volcano taranaki is the dominant landmark of the surrounding north island dairyland province that takes its name…..so similar in appearance to japans mt fuji it has been used as its stand in by hollywood movie makers

Caught this elk grazing along the road up to the campsite at Takkakaw Falls in Yoho National Park, B.C. Canada. It was a competition on whether we were going to get this photo shoot or get rained on. We opted for the photo shoot and got rained on! / /

Sheep pasture is one of my favorite spots. It is located by the sea side and it’s very peaceful after my friends have first gotten their treats I bring them every time I visit. I love the Ostrich fern (Matteuccia struthiopteris) and their smell.
