While driving around France, looking for our hotel in Marseille, I snapped the countryside and caught these evergreens, standing at attention. I tweaked them a little to bring out the green in the trees, and to contrast them against the rocky hillside behind. Taken with one of the early Kodak DX4330. I’m not sure how many mg-pixels it took. But I still love a lot of the photos I got with it!

Taken from the walkway at the marsh in Pocahontas State Park, Chester, VA Kodak DX7630
I turned a little on the walkway and took this photo of the same marsh. Again, I needed to boost the color a little due to the haze. It was a really hot day! But it was a good hike through the woods and the dog loved it! Kodak DX7630
My husband, our dog, and I were hiking in Pocahontas State Park when we came across this beautiful site. I did boost the color a little as it was a typical hazy summer day in Virginia. Kodak DX7630
Was moving the lawn chair around in the back yard and saw this little guy on the arm. After I took the image I noticed the water droplet he was heading toward. Taken outside of Richmond, Texas. Nikon D40X, f/9.0, ISO 100, focal length: 55.0mm, no flash, metering mode: pattern
On one of our trips to Kauai we drove by these old cars and trucks in a field, until I had to stop and shoot some photos. Did some post-processing to get an HDR affect. Kodak DX7630, f/4.8, shutter 1/350 per sec, ISO 100, focal length: 16.0mm
