  • Skipping Girl is a neon sign in Melbourne that is a bit of an icon. The company may have moved on but the sign was restored but it doesn’t actually work anymore. I thought I would take a picture of it with my new little P & S Nikon and then add the neon back. This is part of a series of different takes on Skipping Girl which is a bit pop artish and just fun to make.

  • A collage of Skipping Girl taken from a photo I took of a non working neon sign. It’s a great melbourne icon located in Victoria Street and as it doesn’t work I decided to re-inject the colour back into it. This is part of a series of works based around this very cool little sign.

  • This pretty thing landed on my arm.. And stayed for a bit. I got the camera then it flew to a flower and waited. I had to resort to hand hold again.. No time for tripod. I took a cluster of shots.. Found this one that was not too bad.. He flew from one place to the next.. and of course I ran after it. He did give me a real close up face.. But it is not tack sharp so I shall play with it.. enjoy This Makes A Great Card For A Friend

  • Alive & thriving is what you’ll find with this image. The focus is a zoom taken at night of a gorgeous bloom from my wildflower garden. I get so excited from a photographer’s standpoint when I take a shot with really nice composition like this image has. I absolutely love the way this has turned out! I hope you’ll enjoy it too! *PLEASE VIEW LARGER Smiles Leilani
