Ripe and juicy strawberries on mirror.

Io moth.
Colors shift and reflections flow in this surreal lake digital painting. The image is large enough for large canvas prints and medium posters, but I also like it as a card and bought some for myself.
Picasso fans will recognize this as similar to “Girl Before A Mirror”. It was of course insired by that painting. This was done in blue and green colored pencils… it very much expressed how I was feeling at the time I did it.

Model – Red Bubble’s very own beloved Miss T Shot on location at the soon to be defunct Bond Lounge Bar in Melbourne’s CBD, this shoot was only a success because of Teer’s tireless efforts to find me a location and organise everything on the day, being that I live in Adelaide and know F-all about Melbourne’s spots. / So all praise must go to her for being not only drop dead gorgeous, but a fabulous little organiser to boot. This is a very close-up photograph of a C.D. with water droplets on it. It has had no manipulation and is ‘as is’ out of the camera. / I have a whole series of similar shots. Enjoy…...
Some experiment with a mirror, water, waxflowers and calligraphers ink… oh and wrapping paper reflecting in the mirror. Haha, yeah it was kinda crazy…. Enjoy!
I am unfit and I want to leap away / But when I do / The red colour comes after me / It is fierce and it moves slow The Gathering in Red is a Slow Colour

I thought, since ‘Spectrum of the Sky’ is one of my most viewed pictures, I might wanne do a new version with updated skies and an aligned horizon. I hope you like it! P.S. All those picture have been taken on Corsica, except for number 7 which is Switzerland.
Just playing around with textures etc. Thought I would see how it looks here.
I’m glad the mirror knows / Which face is mine / Or I would never find it / I’d sit here gazing wondrously / At which one’s her / And which is me? / We switch places so often / You see / That I can hardly tell / Which girl is wandering in Wonderland / And which is stuck here in this Hell? _ / Darkside version. / *~ Written in memory of this story. *~ / *~*~ / Resources: / Brushes by LilNymph & SS-Brushes@deviantart

This is Tragic Rabbit…an initial design for a series I have been wanting to do for some time. I have the colours right…but the next go around will be black and white line art coloured digitally. She is not much of an early riser…but 7 am it is. With a glass of absinthe always, with cherries. They taste like candy. Inspired by the simple phrase in Stan Rice’s poem “Tragic Rabbit”, which has always stuck with me over the years. This has nothing to do with the poem itself… 5.5×8.5 / Ink
