  • 30”x 40” acrylic on Number 80 Bainbridge Board cold-pressed. I used gesso to cover the beginnings of something I had started a long time ago. I have been working on this off and on for the past couple of weeks…...... between giving time to two grandsons, ten cats, and a dog. First large painting, and first flowers I have done in a while. My inspiration has been all the wonderful florals I have seen on RedBubble! There are so many beautiful paintings and drawings on this site….....all are an inspiration for me to paint and draw again.

  • A watercolor-painting based on a photo I found in a powerpoint-presentation à friend sent me! 30cm x 21cm / 300g

Also, it was good to experiment using the acrylic in a different way – and I love the spiritual symbolism of the lotus flower.
