This is a shot of one of the many cemeteries in town, this is the lane that leads into it. It was a really weird day with a mix of sun and cloud and fog. Taken on my way to school this morning. / It was foggy like no other, and I pass a cemetery on my way so that little light bulb went off (haha). Comments/criticism much appreciated :D and I’ll admit, I put a filter on this to bring out the brightness in the fog and darken everything else. but sometimes filters do a photo good =]

St Pauls Cemetery dates to the beginning of Halifax Canada and might well be the oldest cemetery in the Maritime Provinces. The oldest stone dates to 1752 I had to make this B&W ..it just suit it ! and yes it was another foggy day

Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Monument (Belgium) At the Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium, covering 57 acres, rest 7,992 of our military dead, most of whom lost their lives during the advance of the U.S. armed forces into Germany. Their headstones are arranged in gentle arcs sweeping across a broad green lawn that slopes gently downhill. A highway passes through the reservation. West of the highway an overlook affords an excellent view of the rolling Belgian countryside, once a battlefield.
