It took some 20 shots with that wind before I got something I think is presentable. Back in the analog days you would think twice about such a shot…. Have a look at my other photos. For example: / / / / / / / / / / Or browse through one of my categories flower / poppy / water / leaf / other / reflection / macro / insect
My intention was to capture the beautiful dandelion whole, but just before I pressed the shutter, the wind “helped” me in composition of the photograph..

All around me are familiar faces / Worn out places, worn out faces / Bright and early for their daily races / Goin’ nowhere, goin’ nowhere / Their tears are fillin’ up their glasses / No expression, no expression / Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow / No tomorrow, no tomorrow And I find it kind of funny / I find it kind of sad / The dreams in which I’m dyin’ / Are the best I’ve ever had / I find it hard to tell you / ‘Cause I find it hard to take / When people run in circles / It’s a very, very / Mad world, mad world / Mad world, mad world Children waitin’ for the day they feel good / Happy birthday, happy birthday / Made to feel the way that every child should / Sits and listen, sits and listen / Went to school and I was very nervous / No one knew me, no one knew me / Hello teacher tell me what’s my lesson? / Look right through me, look right through me And I find it kind of funny / I find it kind of sad / The dreams in which I’m dyin’ / Are the best I’ve ever had / I find it hard to tell you / ‘Cause I find it hard to take / When people run in circles / It’s a very, very / Mad world, mad world / Mad world, mad world And I find it kind of funny / I find it kind of sad / The dreams in which I’m dyin’ / Are the best I’ve ever had / I find it hard to tell you / ‘Cause I find it hard to take / When people run in circles / It’s a very, very / Mad world, mad world / Mad world, mad world / A raunchy young world / Mad world ~Tears For Fears [Lensbaby Composer – 2 photos]

Im Very Grateful this has been Featured 3 times so far in New Jersey Scenery and also Featured in New Jersey – What’s Your Exit? plus Featured in A Place to Call Home / / / This is taken on the edge of a wonderful body of water the Manasquan reservoir / but I was focusing on these golden grasses blowing in the wind with the dramatic sky & tree balancing it all behind it .. camera kodak Z1285 f 3.1 / Iso 64 / focal 12 . 9 mm To Nature by Samuel Coleridge / It may indeed be fantasy when I / Essay to draw from all created things / Deep, heartfelt, inward joy that closely clings; / And trace in leaves and flowers that round me lie / Lessons of love and earnest piety. / So let it be; and if the wide world rings / In mock of this belief, it brings / Nor fear, nor grief, nor vain perplexity. / So will I build my altar in the fields, / And the blue sky my fretted dome shall be, / And the sweet fragrance that the wild flower yields / Shall be the incense I will yield to Thee, / Thee only God! and thou shalt not despise / Even me, the priest of this poor sacrifice*.
