This is a watercolor of my daughter – who totality enjoyed dressing up in costumes and wild outfits. Here she has on one of her wigs and is ready for Mardi Gras. You will see more of her as she was a beautiful subject.

Recently I was offered the opportunity to shoot the 2009 Mardi Gras in Sydney, which has been a very new but also an exciting and fun experience for me. The Different Light series is from the Harbour Party event which at times for me resembled a typical music festival, except there was no angst, fights, idiots, louts etc etc etc. Had an excellent time and very much appreciate the opportunity to be part of it.
