  • It had been raining every weekend for three or four weekends in a row. Most of the time I don’t mind rain, even on the weekends, but cabin fever was setting in. I started playing around with my Nikon, just shooting stuff inside the house; then I looked out the windows to the back yard and saw the lawn chairs in the rain and water puddles. In most of the shots I was focusing on the chairs or puddles. In the last 3 or 4 shots I tried to get the rain on the window. And this is what showed up! Hope you like it as much as I do. Camera info: Nikon D40X; f-stop: 4.0; ISO 450; focal length: 55.0mm; no flash; metering mode: pattern Photographed outside of Richmond, TX
