  • This is 1 in a series of 12 from a collection of works I’m callin ” Weekend at Grandma’s ” The basic theme being some mischievous boys doing things from sneaking around to playing make believe , some being cute , some a lil dark ( we all know how lil boys can be ) . I’ll also add that I tried my best to keep the original designin its most basic pencil form , only adding in some effects and back grounds… I hope it comes off the way I hope it will . Santa’s Twisted Lil Helper … boys will be boys , and Lil Norman is no exception :)

  • “People grow old only by deserting their ideals, Macarthur had written. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up interest wrinkles the soul. You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope as old as your despair. In the central place of every heart there is a recording chamber. So long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer and courage, so long are you young. When your heart is covered with the snows of pessimism and the ice of cynicism, then, and then only, are you grown old. And then, indeed as the ballad says, you just fade away.” Kind Regards Paul Hamilton / Photographic artist, buy art, photography, fine art photography

  • “The lover knows much more about absolute good and universal beauty than any logician or theologian, unless the latter, too, be lovers in disguise.” / George Santayana Kind Regards Paul Lyman Frank Baum

  • I spotted her in a fishing village. She is a typicall Malay woman who lives in the east coast of Peninsular Malaya, Malaysia. Seem like she miss her children very much. As a volunteer in charity organisation who always have interaction with the old people in the local old fold home, personally feel that old people need care more than money from their children. They always looking for someone to talk with. “There are two things in life cannot wait: fulfilling filial piety and doing good deeds” – By Master Cheng Yen

  • He has the face and the name of an angel . . . Guess I’m feeling a little melancholy that I wasn’t able to see my grandson on Christmas Day so I’m looking at a picture I took of him at Thanksgiving time and remembering the good times we had then. Still, I’m joyous that we both had a wonderful Christmas Day and that we tried to bridge the 600 mile gap between us with words exchanged by phone. Merry Christmas, my sweet boy. I love you more than words can express. Your Mammy P.S. I just got an email from my daughter who sent a photo of my grandson’s note to Santa. She said he spent a long time on Christmas Eve cutting out tracings of his hand and when he finally got the one he liked, he glittered the paper hand, added it to the plate of cookies and milk for St. Nick, and then dictated the message he wanted to leave: “Dear Santa, It doesn’t matter how many toys you leave for me or Mommy or Daddy. I know you are busy with the other children so I just wanted to give you my hand.” Blessed are the pure of heart . . . who reach out with a helping hand!
