  • I saw this rusted frame of a bike on the borders of this wheat field, when I saw it it reminded me of the times I spent as a kid wheeling around my own bike with a hockey card in the spokes and the flag raised high on the back and I even had a streamer or two flapping in the wind off my handlebars. To me this old rusted frame symbolizes the wonderful experiences of a fantastic childhood full of laughter, smiles and fond memories, but time is our enemy and for many of us it fades our once cherished memories to distant glimmers that flicker by on rare occasions, and like this old rusted frame are soon forgotten and will eventually fade completely. / / This replaces a previous version of the image Lost & Found. / / Visit my website On The Rock Photography / /

  • Digital artwork created in Photoshop CS3 by layering several original photographs of sections of old farm equipment and a weathered painted wood wall and door with lock. Each layer was blended in a different way. Some, by exclusion, others by muliplication, and still others by overlay. Layers that did not work were deleted.

  • Sahara desert in Libya towards the Algerian border. / / . /

  • I took this photo one evening last spring from the street in front of our house. We had just had a very pleasant shower, when a triple rainbow blessed us. I didn’t have much luck getting all three, as the furthest out was fairly faint and didn’t come over well. So, I concentrated on what I was able to get. I’ve done no color correction or altering to this. We have some unbelievable sky colors here on occasion. This was one of the really special times.

  • Another sunset photo, but at least there are no trees in it. I took this squatted down at the side of the road. I am so tired of my sunset photos with nothing but trees.
