Melbourne has some amazing graffiti and street art. This is, I think, Hosier Lane, in Melbourne CBD. A little maze of interlinking back lanes overflowing with excellent graffiti, stencils and street art. I’m not sure about putting this photo for sale, after all it’s not my art work! / However the same notions could be extrapolated regarding the architects, designers and builders of all my urban photography.

When you can’t help yourself you may need ….. Taken at an abandoned house in Hiroshima, Japan. Don’t miss the accompanying video that can be viewed here The photo is straight from the camera. The tones were achieved by adjusting the ‘picture style’ settings in camera. The writing on the wall and the ‘draft’ in the top were done with LEDs using the light painting method. The model did an insane job of staying still for 39 seconds. The guy is a freakin’ statue…. Camera: Canon EOS 40D / Exposure: 39 / Aperture: f/20.0 / Focal Length: 17 mm / ISO Speed: 100
