  • Please view the larger version for better visual effect !!! / Rising between the picturesque waters of Lake Monona and Lake Mendota, the majestic granite structure of Wisconsin’s Capitol building glows like a beacon, accenting the Madison skyline. And the inside of this building is simply stunning as well. This is an HDR image, which I took almost a year ago, and finally had the chance to finish. For an exterior view, click here: /

  • Taking Liberties With Oil / This is in no way intended to be anti American, but a statement about the industrial world taking liberties with oil consumption. The rate at which we are consuming oil is totally unsustainable, action now is the only way to change our future and to keep our liberty. The Statue of Liberty is a symbol of freedom and choice, the choice now needs to be action. Detail: /

  • Agent Provocateur Weekend T-Shirt Challenge

  • Peace Knot / If only…

  • So many dead, abused, neglected kids in the news lately. The worst thing is it’s probably just the tip of the iceberg. Don’t think that it’s not your problem, or it’s not worth getting involved. Don’t think that it’s someone else’s responsibility to report it. It’s important to be the voice of the kids who can’t speak up for themselves. When everyone turns a blind eye – we are telling these kids their life is worth nothing. Ignoring abuse amounts to tolerance. Call child services. Call the police. Call their school. Talk to your government representative. Let it be known that child welfare is something we want our taxes spent on. Be strong and persistent until the children of our community are safe. THIS SHIRT SELLS AT BASE PRICE. / I will redesign for anyone who want’s something different.

  • The United States Congress and The Powers That Be / deregulated the banking industry. Was it the greed of corporations / or of the public who joined in the happy hop of cheap credit, / worthless collateral, the waltz of spending and golden parachutes… / no matter. Now the same United States Congress and The Powers / That Be are spinning backwards, but this time it will be in jackboots / and they will charge a dollar a dance. / Brother can you spare a …. dollar?

  • G2050 / cute but sinister surveillance robot

  • Plain and simple, Question Authority. It’s your duty to engage in Civil Disobedience.

  • My dear friend Lucindawind wrote an amazing plea today abot the plight of US Wild Horses, and the proposed euthanizing of thousands of these amazing creatures. / This creation is in response to her plea, in support, as I have been writing, fighting and crying over this issue for years… / Here’s some more info about the attempts to Save the Wild Horses / SpiritRidersFoundation a Native American Organization Sheryl Crow music /

  • When we stop caring we’ve lost the battle.

  • The United States Government has pumped hundreds of billions of dollars into the financial system and bailed out banks whose poor decision making should have caused them to go out of business. Instead of being forced to learn their lesson, these poor-performing banks are being rewarded for their financial mismanagement, and the ultimate cost of this bailout will fall on the American taxpayers. .

  • The ongoing multi-billion dollar government bailouts are themselves being turned into an opportunity for pillage. Not only does the state fail to regulate, it becomes itself a source of plunder. Watercolor on paper with sharpie pens .

  • Can’t quite remember why the US flag was at half-staff, when I took this shot back in 2007. Finally took the opportunity to work on this image of the US Capitol Building in Washington, DC. This is an HDR image, with some add’l post preocessing steps applied (light Orton effect & dodge & burn). Photo was made with a Nikon D50 and I have no idea what lens I used.

  • The official shirt of the querelle09 publication. Didn’t get your shirt at the conference pick one up here. Got something published and want to look damn fine. A bit about us, Querelle is a student publication that contains rants, poetry, personal stories, politcal pieces, literary works, as well as visual submission like drawing and photography around queer issues. Not only does the shirt look awesome but the profits from sales will be used to send this publication out to rural locations around Australia. So often rural queers miss out on publications such as querelle. Not only will this help us get our word out to them, hopefully we will encourage rural and remote students to submit to next years edittion and let their voice be heard.
