  • This is a picture of my girlfriend and myself on the shores of Lake Ontario in early April last year. The photo is untouched and still one of the most beautiful sunset pictures I have ever seen!

  • A richly symbolic image depicting the Celtic ‘Horned God’ Cerne or Cernunnoss in passionate embrace with his consort, The Goddess. Cerne is traditionally Lord of the Animals and The Goddess is generally associated with the ‘Sacred Forest’ of all life on Earth. The forest, however, needs animals to spread the seeds and pollenate the flowers., and the animals need the forest to provide food and shelter. As such, neither can survive without the other. The union of Cerne and The Goddess ensures the continuity of all life on Earth. All of my artworks are executed in handmade papers and organic materials from the rainforests of Northern NSW, Australia. As such, they not only represent our union with the earth symbolically, but also physically as objects in their own right.

Meeko is my parents Presian/Himmy mix, whom they adopted several years ago. Meeko is a very large boy and weighs between 21 and 22 pounds as of his check-up this year. / He isn’t a young man anymore either; having reached the wonderfully healthy age of 11 years. • Newcastle Civic Centre. At the north end of the Ceremonial Way, mounted on the Otta slate flank wall forming the link to the Council Chamber, is the majestic bronze sculpture of the River-God Tyne by David Wynne – some sixteen feet (4.8 m) high and two and a quarter tons (2880 kg) in weight which, in its time, was the largest bronze figure to be erected in this country since Rodin’s time. It is further unique in that water pours from his elevated hand drenching the body and symbolising his significance as the allegorical god of the Tyne.

  • Often I veer off the path laid before me and take my own direction…I’m human, that’s just what we do….but it is comforting to know that God is with us always, never leaving nor forsaking us…quietly speaking to our hearts and guiding us back to Him as we go through this journey.
