So close,so far… / It felt like eternity… / I walked …and walked / lost in a paradise of ice Hopelessly crying,hoping / to be delivered from that immensity. / I reached the top of that icy pic / and saw a small refuge. For an euphoric instant / I saw His Face in the clouds / The Keeper of my souvenirs / I knew ,then / The reason of my wanderring… Gigi / / My first poem in english and first experience for me.This situation happened to me two days ago,I’ve got lost in the woods for 3 hours,walking and walking,desperate to find a saving light.It was so dark,even Tchoko was worried,chasing imaginary animals….then I saw thousands of stars all arround me,it was fireflies….it was like being part of the universe…nothing else but fireflies…then I realised I was out of the woods.I met 6 persons and asked for help,one of them let me do a phone call but Michel was working late and wasn’t there.I have to say that I hated humanbeings that night and I cried of rage instead of fear.I finaly saw a police car on the road and went back to where I was parked.It was midnight.Tchoko and I slept the day after,tired but happy to be home. / ...A true story ..thanks for reading…x / / PS. I wanted to do the sunset on the top of a mountain,the same place I took «Together at last»but I forgot the time shooting mushrooms…. :)))..it’s all me. / / A macro shot of snow that fell down the roof last winter.I hope I’m not the only one who sees a part of a face in the clouds… :))...better view larger.

Always, in that dream, i find myself seemingly reaching for something, trying to hold on to something that was unknown to me. Perhaps it was about my own personal goals, perhaps it was about love. as i watched the evil get its way…..the ones who sin,take and break move foward i wondered why I wasn’t being helped …why life comes so easily to some people …if they knew how hard life could be would they step a little more carfully whith what they had? I remember one person saying to me april God doesn’t always answer yes…and i though what an asshole …so easy to say when your life has been sugar coated…..so i thought maybe this God needs a little help hearing ….I was so full on anger nothing else could be felt this was my turning point…..I can’t expect to be envous of what another life is i have to take all that i was given ,the hurt the pain and even the joy and let it live… my two things in life i hold constant as I live …don’t juge somone by how they look that means nothing …...and don’t judge to someone unless you know the whole truth and story…and even then there is always grey.

I took this with more light and at a good angle a liitle about this The meek shall inherit the earth .This line went through my mind as I painted, a line I have been force fed since I was a child. I have issues with religion and fogivenss.The fact one can look up to the heavens and say I was wrong please forgive me then poof it is done, seems all a bit too easy and delusional to me. I believe man has placed religion above spiritually for convenience and in turn made the innocent cower. I think in a just world that the sin/sinner should be placed in the hands of the innocent ...what they chose to do with them is the justice. The meek shall inherit the earth…I have since leaned that you can simply make someone’s life meek/powerless by not forgiving. Maybe that’s what they meant?

I found the following verse while reading a book of poetry by Helen Steiner Rice. It goes so well with this image of Christ that I deleted the original image and reposted this to include the poem. Another shot from my cemetery series. This shot really caught my eye, man lays asleep waiting for the resurrection and nature lays dormant waiting for that breath of new life come spring.
