been reading about tribal child raising and the benefits, and we know I like birds… I began this art as abstract patterns, bubbles of pattern that transformed when I realised by putting a ‘fork in the road’ to the concentric circles, that I created an eye and beak. Before that, it could’ve been shown either way up. also, it transformed from earthy brown colours, to a colourful bird. ‘Is it art? ‘my teacher used to always question. He’s not here now. He’s just asking the question still! in my head! I like it-it’s bright, colouful and alive.
A beautiful evening sky. The sea oats moving in the breeze with driftwood at its side. Another beautiful sunset in Destin, Florida. Late September; no crowds; just peace. / / Click on the buy/preview button to see the many RedBubble print options for this photo.

Spring! / Time for renewal, and sneezing!
Unfortunately the skies here in the desert are mostly hazy and full of sand and dust! There are not too many days when there are clear horizons with clouds, and to be able to catch a sunrise like this was just excellent! Located in Libya towards the Algerian border. / /

This is a very popular spot for photographers in Canyonlands National Park, Utah. I’m very thankful that I got a chance to be there early one morning in May 2008. Fascinating to see how the glow and the light changed while the sun was getting up.

sold two copies so far,, thankyou so much * I was at the park the other day with my grandchild .. and saw this bird on the monkeybar:).. looked as if he had all the time in the world..and not a care to his name. so I painted him and hope you enjoy it. as much as I did watching him. . The sparrow is a small bird that is not considered to be of much consequence. It is too small to be much of a meal, shows how much God pays attention to. “The very hairs on your head are numbered.” and then this happened amongst two .. we didnt know each other really .. but this came of our art. as we became friends.. throught the process of creating this peice. oh , please read more when you got a changce and visit it here / Hope is a thing with Feathers / Sold*!! :).. aw thank you so much to the buyer!
