Here is the image following ‘Red Ribbon’. My little girl worked out how to open the heavy back gate and thought she could escape into the big park at the back of our new house. I decided to add this image to satisfy the curiosity of everyone who wanted to know what she saw through the hole in the gate!

This is a photo of my niece that I shot before I had a digital camera. I scanned the photo, added it over and image by CruelDreams that I edited in ps by using the channel mixer, dodging, burning, cloning and added text. Took a photo of a butterfly and selected each wing section separately and cut and moved them into position using transform. Adjusted the opacity of those layers to give each wing section a transparent appearance. Painted with the airbrush tool on a lower opacity over the wings to make the colors tie in with the costume. Also used the airbrush with warm color to add the effect of light coming from her wand illuminating the darkness around her and added touches to her and her wings where I felt the light would hit.

The Huntress As the little huntress went deeper into the enchanted woods she wondered if her bird companion and herself were ever going to make it out alive, they were on the search for the most feared and powerful witch Qunal who was bringing death and destruction upon the elf village in the north region. The surroundings seemed like it was taking a life on its very own. She then noticed the trees were closing in, and in her mind she thought, if this was going to be her demise. ...... a time there was a girl that loved to sit in the woods and wait for the Dark to come. And the Dark came and embraced her. The Dark came in flood, lapping her toes and the hem of her skirt. The Dark came barefoot and his footprints would be seen vanishing into the mist. The Dark sang in the leaves of the trees and creaked in their branches. He gazed upon her from the moon and softly kissed her hair while he played with fingers of wind with their curls. Perhaps if you would take your heart and go to the woods with moon alight and Dark so bright, you could find her still sitting there, on her bench, whispering tender nonsense to the love filled dark silence. * / STOCK CREDIT: * / http://piratequeen-stock.deviantart.com/ / http://lup-stock.deviantart.com/ / http://lady-dementia-stock.deviantart.com/ / http://ro-stock.deviantart.com/ / http://adaae-stock.deviantart.com/ / http://lugubrum-stock.deviantart.com/
