  • A combination of an original drawing, some fill in with paint, a little alchemy, and voila: one cannot say that it is not colored lol Now, I say this is about feminine intent, for, I was just thinking about this earlier in regards to feminism. Something along the line of … hmm .. how do I put this? Women are still women. They, most of them, given a chance, love to decorate their homes, themselves, their children, their men, Many are full of wonderful maternal instinct, even if they choose career over children. Feminism, the right to vote, the demands for equal pay, have not overly altered the sale of makeup and jewelry. In fact, since most women, no matter how staunch their beliefs in feminism are, wear makeup to work – and, now, more men do as well – it may have even helped the sales. Now, this is confusing to many men, and they see it as women expecting the best of both worlds, for them to have all the rights and men to have none by default. Only, here is where they are wrong, and don’t worry men: it is a good thing I am about to tell. You see, for a significant number of women, it is not about holding men back instead, though that ugliness does happy, sometimes. It is not about taking the jobs of men, though sometimes that happens to. It is not about being men, being treated as men instead of women. It is about being a woman. You want to know what women really want? They want , predominantly, peace, love, and security. They want, predominantly, for you to understand that they want equal rights, when they need them. So, when they have to, or choose to, live alone they can support themselves, their children, have a say in how laws are made. Because, it’s bloody well ridiculous for men to have a choice in if they marry, or if they remain single, if they have children or if they do not, if they work or if they stay home, and for women to not have any of those choices if they wish to survive. They don’t want to fight you, they don’t want to make demands, they don’t want to have to fight every battle, even if they win. They want you to see, that they need to be treated as women should be treated, as persons with some of the same needs and inclinations as men. I don’t want to fight for equal rights, for a certainty: I want you to give them to me. Not give as in they are yours to bestow; but, give as in conceding the point that I already have them, because I have the same need for them and the same basic intellect that enables me to use them well. Because it is only then, when the fighting is over or has been seen as not necessary, and she is secure, whether through a man providing for her or whether through the laws providing her with the necessary means to provide for herself, that she can truly blossom as a woman. Not all blossoms are the same; they do not have the same shape, they do not have the same color, they do not have the same scent, they do not grow well in the same gardens; but, they are all beautiful, and they all wish to grow.
