Title: Power Up! / Medium: Pencil Sketch (30 Minutes); Colored in Photoshop —+ This image is dedicated to all the Girl Gamers out there who are traditionally forgot about by almost all of the major gaming magazines, a decent ammount of game design companies (those damned Barbie® games shudders), and looked down upon by a vast majority (swiftly becoming a growing minority) of male gamers (sorry guys, girls play too ;)). But seriously, what’s more powerful than a chocolate bar? :) —+ A few little silly things. / (X) Yes, that is the Triforce (Legend of Zelda: NES) on the topmost chunk. / (X) Ah, Boo (Super Mario Brothers: NES) on the middle chunk.\ / (X) And at the bottom the Mushroom (Super Mario Brothers: NES), Power Ups for the win! (j/k) / (X) The double ‘G’ on the base of her thumb does stand for ‘Girl gamer’. —+ I will be adding this to my Prints (wih only a small signature and date) as soon as possible, as well as taking it to CafePress for a t-shirt design. —+ Please let me know what you think. —+ ‘Power Up!’ is ©Copyright Tequila Leticia Corbly.
