Buzzing and collecting pollen from one tiny daisy after another. This bee went to at least 30 flowers in the space of about 1 minute. The tiny toiler then did a flyby over the next daisy bush before it flew away.

A lone daisy bursting into bloom with all the colours of the sun.

A digital painting of the lone paper daisy with petals of all the colours of the sun. I used photoshop and the cool brushes and filters to make it into a painting of sorts.

The delicate buds of the bamboo grow into larger buds dipped in pink just before they burst into flower. / This is the Japanese bamboo, not the huge stuff that grows over 3 metres high and takes over the garden.
