A second way to show support to Axel's family-donations

Dear all. As we have received much kindness and giving towards the / Moore family, we have enough pledges towards a print to give. We will list all those who donate to both the print and to the emergency help fund, which will either go in the memorial book, or with the print. This is a fantastic reflection on you, who have demonstrated the caring nature of this community. Many people have expressed disappointment in not being able to make their contribution, so I researched and found a way to do so on paypal. (also inc’d in the previous journal entry.) There are a number of unexpected expenses the family has incurred due to the event, such as the Careflight helicopter coming out, and time off work. These things put an added pressure on a family at times such as these. The paypal system is easy, using their email address, which is family@origoblue.com.au Account name Glen Moore The link to paypal is here All ways of contributing to the family are greatly appreciated, and really make a difference to their lives. It is a really positive way to help someone when you’re not sure ‘what you can do”-here is another way. Thank you all for your generosity. kind regards xsunset

I would like to thank everyone who takes the time to view my photos and leave encouraging comments. It’s the little acts of kindness like yours that make the world a brighter place. You may not always get immediate feedback for the time and effort you spend, but it’s never lost. Your act of generosity is a wise investment that always produces dividends, sometimes in most unexpected ways. God bless you all for the gift of encouragement you give to strangers like me. I appreciate it very much. Postscript: Special thanks to Kimberly Palmer who instructed me about the use of PS brushes. I’m still struggling with them but managed to scatter a few butterflies in this image! Thanks for your patience with a slow student, Kimmie!

Yes, I have become the King of my creative environment. Have I not been / fair and honest to my subjects? / Is it not the truth that not even I Kraz, the protecter or the kingdom of Vivo, never punished without the consent of my council? / Yes, it is fact that I am the King, yet have these words ever fell from the tongue of my own mouth? / Let it be known; the task of being responsible, in charge of, or (if one may be so bold), to be the Ruler of people, is a formidable task. / Yes, I am the KIng. I have earned it, and it has taken 20 years to achieve. / I am fair, because I have wisdom. So anyone whom feels that he or she is / better suited for the Crown, please, feel free to challenge me. / I am not hard to find. I have a Kingdom to protect.

I go to my dad’s shop with him to get a spindle of dvds. I come out with a spindle of dvds, a 4Gb flash drive and – the most exciting thing – a tripod! Okay, so it’s not a super-expensive one or anything but hoorah! It’s plastic and aluminium which means it super-light which is fine by me. I think he’d had it for ages and realised it was highly unlikely to ever sell it. All because my dad persuaded me to come with him on a quick trip to his shop :)

Collaboration between JANE À PARIS and Thomas Josiah Chappelle - / Her recent work on Plaque The creation of this plaque was a gift from a friend of mine and fellow artist who liked the words to one of my poems, so he put them on a beautiful plaque for me. There is a link to his site below. He is a great artist and a true friend. I thought it was a very nice thing to do and extremely lovely. Smiles from Jane:-) “Complements to Ms. Jane A.Paris” was featured in the group Bits and Pieces August 2008 HIS BODY, HIS HEART, HIS MIND, AND HIS SOUL… THOMAS JOSIAH CHAPPELLE

Can you see what I hear. Do you know that I can feel your stare, and taste / your comments about me. / How could you possibly understand what it feels like to deliver a newborn breath from god, when judgement impairs your vision.. / Can you see that I am just a man, fighting every second of each day to become a better man. / How could you ever comprehend that I am humble, and full of joy, because this taxi will never define who I am as a person, any more / Than being a Doctor from New Deli does. / Can you feel me now? cannon5D / 28-105 / 1250 iso / no flash / -1 ex

I am that Blind Man: One Woman's Story (Part IV)
by Jan Stead JEMproductionsMuriel Ellen Parker was something of a Cinderella and her life is not entirely unparalleled.
At the end this, the fourth part of this story, I have added the poem ‘Grandma’ (published separately), as this section of Chapter 2 is about my Grandma. When you read it you will see why I have deliberately chosen to give her a whole section to herself. Jan Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy it.

Life is generous. I often feel like the fellow in “Field of Dreams” who exclaims, after he sees a young boy change into wonderfully wise doctor, “When did all these baseball players get here?”. Miracles and amazing synchronicities abound in my daily life. / They were always here. The former constriction of my heart and spirit to the love around us did not permit my eyes or heart to see and to feel all that is happening. When I first awakened to this beautiful flow of life, it was a bit overwhelming. I would be in tears as I walked because all the Beauty was so powerful and my melting heart was inspired beyond my small capacity like the Grinch’s heart. / The best realization is knowing that an awakened heart is an ever expanding vehicle of the soul. Gratitude has become a way of life.
