Our Delphinium petals fell into a puddle outside and I just thought they looked so beautiful and serene sitting there…

I actually went against my usual principles here by desaturating this image somewhat. The final result visually pleased me but still It actually hurt! ;p! / / Art Folders… / / Entire Portfolio / Born From This Earth – Series / Hearts At War / Vehicular works / Architecture / Travel / B&W Photography / Transitional Industrial Utopian Series / Abstract / Models and Fashion Photography

Stuart’s amazing shot Spooky caught my eye when he uploaded it, and I lifted it into my favs immediately. I know how much time and effort he’s put into refining these amazing time lapse images, and his perserverence is admirable, particularly when you consider the temps and discomfort he’s had to endure!! I emailed him and asked if I could use the image for a collab, and even managed to get it done pretty quickly, but then he took some time off to be with his family for the birth of his beautiful daughter Hannah, so I waited for him to come back before posting this. Thanks Stu, it’s an awesome image, hope I’ve done it justice. Marcus Ranum has supplied the model / and UmbraDeNoapte_Stock provided the castle. /
