Rabbits are small mammals in the family Leporidae of the order Lagomorpha, found in several parts of the world. There are seven different genera in the family classified as rabbits. Rabbits are herbivores who feed by grazing on grass and leafy weeds.Rabbits are clearly distinguished from hares in that rabbits are altricial, having young that are born blind and hairless. In contrast, hares are generally born with hair and are able to see.Ducks are mostly aquatic birds, mostly smaller than their relatives the swans and geese, and may be found in both fresh water and sea water. Most ducks have a wide flat beak adapted for dredging. They exploit a variety of food sources such as grasses, aquatic plants, fish, insects, small amphibians, worms and small molluscs. In many areas, wild ducks are hunted for food or sport, by shooting. From this came the expression a sitting duck, which means”an easy target.

I zoomed in on this dragonfly today. While it was not my sharpest shot, it was the most glittery one. This was also from my “First” dragonfly photos of the summer:)
