There had been talk over the radio’s for days about a rogue moon entering our system,but there are always those kind of rumors floating around. / We came to the surface after a week in the mine,there are a number of small mines in the Faraway Astroid Belt. / We were heading home to Earthly for a little R&R. / We stepped out of the shaft lift and it dominated the whole of space,not a rumor,the rogue had arrived.In its path was our home world,nothing could stop the total destruction that would wipe our planet and its moons from space. / Our hearts went out to our families and the millions of beings in the rogue’s path. / All we could do was watch its passing on its journey of destruction.

When the storms rage on Krill in the Alimand system we all take cover,beast and Krill alike. / The storms here can last for weeks,but it is our little bit of the galaxy we call home.And when the sky is clear,you can see Great Moona,the glowing star Greel, / and also the far planet Saphire. / Best viewed from the Mountains above Krill City/Stardock.

If you follow the path to the Pentacle of Merlin you will find the entrance guarded by two magnificent animals called Pegasus and then to the beautiful Pegasus Galaxie. These noble steeds haf eyes of ruby red and wings that take them anywhere they desire. With these two guards and the Pentacle of Merlin as guards only those who have a pure heart may enter past the Merlin Pentacle and the two guards. Come on and join those who have entered this beautiful realm and be one with this realm.

Captain Titanius Catknobbler (known as Tobyjug to his friends) sat at the controls of the Starship Toothgroper and contemplated his future. It was a very short contemplation mainly, if not wholly, because his was a very short future. Things HAD been going brilliantly. They had stretched the lightspeed continuum really well, knocked out a couple of extra parsecs on the dimensional rebound, and even juggled the caterering figures to the extent that they would be the only ship to have made a profit in on-ship waste recycling. In fact, he had been well positioned to win the coveted Space Captain of the year award. Had been. And then this had to happen. Goodbye to the 20,000 dinion prize money; goodbye to the complimentary six week holiday on the planet of Gurgley Wormsuckers; and definately goodbye to the much sought-after sex voucher entitling the bearer to one overnight encounter with Gladys McNude and her dancing nobb-danglers. The problem that faced him was a simple one. Nothing to do with quantum cross-pollenation of universes – that he could handle. Nothing to do with temperal facsimile overflows (or the tens of thousands of mutant air traffic controllers that usually resulted) – that was a piece of cake. Not even a hyper deplosion of the meganoid ultrascollops as experienced by the most ill-fated and much pitied starship the Mandrigal-Hyperbonker – Captain Titanius would give his right tentacle (if he had one) for such a problem. No. The problem he faced was simpler than all these – yet far, far more problematic. And, worst still, embarrassing. He, captain of the year (probably), with a record ten years unblemished service (if you ignore that incident with the nudists and the spiny wagglethorn on chundertruss 6), all-round-good-guy and fun-chappie-with-the-captains-hatty, had just discovered that the presidential galactic transport vessel, containing every single member of the galactic government assembly had been accidentally sucked up into the faeces reprocessing tubes of the Starship Toothgroper, and transformed into yellow (edible) slime. Captain Titanius Catknobbler wondered what the punishment was for total anhilation of the Galactic government. And whether or not he’d like it. He thought, probably, not. Concludes in Part 2

Sometimes my mandalas are so deceptively simple… sometimes I spend hours with the initial design thinking, “Is that all it is? Surely there should be something else in it?” and finding that it is complete as it is. So it was with this one. I woke with dragons in my head and ended up with this. Unfortunately you can’t experience the painting in 3 dimensions so you’ll have to take my word for it LOL! At the centre, the heart, a faceted gem of rose quartz. Around it swirl the spiral arms of the Milky Way Galaxy. It is, in turn, encircled by a turquoise and opal circle border. The dragons sit above and below, encircling with their wings, protecting with their power, guarding with their magic, the heart of love that is our existence. The galaxy, the encircling border and the background are liberally encrusted with holographic glitters – the picture sits and shimmers on dimensional levels. Love is all there is… Enjoy! If you ever visit the world of Rogers Rest, in the Slainte system, make sure you stop for a meal at a little restaurant on the shores of the Stainless Sea. / Everyone on the planet seems to know about this place, its called Galaxies End. / The name comes from the fact that this system sits on the very edge of the Milky Way. / The locals call it “The Restaurant at the End of the Universe” not sure why, something about an author! / And they serve the best Slee Dragon wings in the known universe.

The road running from Gar Toc to Granis Gor traverses the badlands of Greenor, there’s about a 250 mile stretch of road that seems to get landslides and quakes every couple of days and its a very lonely road. / So its always best to have antigrav jets installed on whatever mode of transport you choose, because sometimes you need to take short hops over the debris.I’ve run across more than one pilgrim stuck out here for 2-3 weeks waiting for help. But it still it as to be one of the greatest night drives in the system, what with the rising moon, set against the Starlight Nebula

A pano of 5 panels,each individual render took about 3 hours, then stitched with PS Photomerge.These are sometimes hard to do, because each panel is individually rendered, I end up using two or three open screens, that way I can overlap and so match the joined panels. / Best viewed in ZOOM mode
