two sea gulls who seem to have an argument over who has the best pole.
a well hung door quite high up!
Not again, NOT AGAIN! / Open mouth – out comes wind. / Heavy trouble I can’t bare. / Eyeballs poking me in glare. / Exit, exit where are you?...
Ever know someone who always shows up fussing?
This is an image I have ‘reworked’, I am in the process of going through all of my sisters wedding photos to do an album for her and this is still on of my fav’s – I guess that has something to do with the fact that it is my adorable little creature standing by the window, completely oblivious to what is going on around him – even in all the chaos of a wedding with my mother and sister fussing over the bride (my other sister), he just zones out and enjoys the view! Another shot of my sister on her wedding day:
I worked today and am really tired / Starting to feel very wired / Waiting for the bus an hour or more / Afraid of my wife when I walk in…

Sometime in the next few days – if you need to know exactly when, ask someone who really cares – that symbol of… um… well anyway. That symbolic symbol, the Olympic Torch, will arrive in Canberra, fair but slightly dull national capital of the Wide Brown Land. / Any RB’ers planning to get along to watch? Good luck. Between the uniforms and the metre-high steel rail you might need a good telescopic lens on your camera. Or a heavy duty pump on your rifle-style water pistol, if you’re planning a protest. But Jeebus, just when you think this can’t become any more of a circus, you get a torch-bearer dropping out after a sudden attack of dysentery. Whoops, make that attack of conscience.. / The President of the Australian Council of Social Services Lin Hatfield Dodds has joined the growing world protest against China’s stance on Tibet by announcing that she will pull out from the Olympic torch relay in Canberra this week. / The Australian Council of Social Services is a non-governmental body that speaks up – with or without an invitation – for the oppressed and underclass people here in Oz. And its leader has just discovered that Tibetans are tyrannised by Beijing? / Shades of Captain Renault… / I’m shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!
A pair of house finches really got my attention; the female kept squawking at the male who absolutely ignored her. Even after they left the feeder, I could hear her scolding in the treetops. She carried on like this for about an hour. It was something to witness! I thought that she may have been a juvenile who was still trying to get Daddy to feed her, but I’m not altogether sure about that. She may have been his mate who was simply trying to get his attention! Who knows? Whatever the case, I called this “Henpecked” because it surely looked like that’s what was going on!

As a kid I was told; “never corner a rat…” / So I didn’t… until now. / I can’t see what all the fuss was about?
