This is a Northern long-eared bat, they are tiny but like all bats voracious consumers of invertebrate life! Good thing with their appetites they aren’t the size of elephants! LOL

I took an ass kicking from my photoshop teacher Charles. And it pissed me off so much I made this. / Funny how that works. I can honestly say that this is the proudest over a peice of work I have ever been

Ive never tried something like this before. Never an artwork emotionally so intense. Would love to thank sandra baraci for the wonderful collab. She has been painting the stunning image of `tracie76 portrait for a while now, which she abandoned in the middle. I really wanted to complete it in my form, and I did. / She says she found the motivation back again to finish the canvas, which is an honour . Thankyou both of you for the wonderful experience.

I snapped this image last Sunday morning. I went out with a friend to a new location that I had discovered a week ago. I haven’t seen any photos of this location before, so I have nick-named it “The Devils Cauldron”. I’m going to go back and shoot this place a few times, because this image really doesn’t do it justice…. with the right swell and sunrise I think it could be spectacular. After the wild weather and huge sea’s Qld experienced in May 2009, I wanted to see how much the beach erosion had exposed the old Dicky Beach shipwreck. To my amazement the whole rear hull was now fully visible to the point where you can see woodwork in the bottom of the hull. Also one side of the rear has now fallen in. PLEASE VIEW LARGE.
