Do you ever get the feeling that your cat may not be as cute and gentle as it pretends to be. I have two cats, one is sweet but not overly bright and the second one plans the downfall of all other cats around her. I have this strange feeling that if you turn your back on her she would jump on internet and and look up plans on / “how to get rid of other pets and not get caught”.

This t-shirt was inspired by a friend who informed me about a huge debate on the internet that I had been oblivious to. Ninja’s versus Pirates (who would wn) This t-shirt is in his honour for lightening up my day and making me laugh. There is a 2nd shirt about Ninja career option also uploaded and versions on other colour t’s.

Watercolour on Bockingford watercolour paper As we are stuck in the depths of winter down here in New Zealand, I thought it might be good to choose something to paint that’s funny, to lift the spirit. So I have come up with a painting called ‘Playing Footsie’. Have you ever played it? It is an intimate game, basically a way of flirting silently without other people noticing (like an inside joke, but better). Be warned, it is best played with someone you really like and likes you back. Be gentle and don’t kick the other person by accident or it could have the reverse effect I thought it was time to try out some watercolour pencils I had bought last month. They were secondhand (unused) bought from a auction site. They are Faber Castell Albrecht Durer, a tin of 12. I used Bockingford watercolour paper for this painting.
