Catching a whiff of sweet floral scent in the morning air, Lavender Fox squeezed out of her foxhole and made her way into the inner woods where butterflies spread their wings with glee, birds make heavenly music and flowers bloom with such exceptional beauty. “Ahh…there you are,my pretty pink friends!” Lavender sat down in the midst of her pink friends, intoxicated by their beauty and rejevenated by this encounter. -Lavender Fox is one of my favourites in my Hello Kitty plush doll collection. Bought her in Hong Kong last year , she’s a limited Hokkaido edition. Fell in love with her instantly, she came in many sizes, bought the smallest one because this one was really expensive! She finally came out of her display box today to join me on my photography trip. / / Also see: /

Sometimes they make cruel jokes about Lannie Bessie’s looks. Mummy Bessie has done a great job in inculcating a healthy sense of self-esteem in this little ladybug. Lannie Bessie doesn’t despise what nature has endowed her with. Instead, she is proud to be part of the bug family whose design has inspired the invention of the classic Volkswagen Beetle!

This is Goldie Belle’s best friend, Gennie. Gennie travels many miles a year just to visit Goldie Belle. It was she who encouraged Goldie Belle to cast off all restraints to pursue her first love -gardening. Gennie’s greatest wish for her friend is for her to be a happy and fulfilled person as she perserveres in her endeavors. Take time to admire the beauty around you… it might not be there the next day. I have some potted plants growing in my kitchen window and they don’t last as long as I would like… I want my garden to start growing. This is a mum that’s just starting to open. Enjoy!

There is something so special about a Licorice Allsorts, Lollipops, and everything so big when you are only three. You dream about the things you know and remember in your dreams. I dreamt I had a giant Licorice Allsort that was bigger than me, and I lived in a garden of Lollipop trees. Childhood is all about imagination.

I couldnt believe the look on my nieces face when I called her name she might as well of said guilty as charged :) / But really she was just playing and the broken flower pot was there from earlier :) / Taken with the nikon d-90 and the 50mm1.4 G series lens in Lincoln NE.

This miniature rose had strong lines and edges, and I decided to play with that to enhance the image. The end result is an image that is fun, playful, and a little funky.

Two Pictures I combined in photoshop 7.0 If you ever get to the Miami Zoo, go during the off season and you can pet and feed the giraffes up close and personal (season it’s a bit crowded) and they are really soft and HUGE The ZEN garden picture I took when I visited the Morikami Museum… (BEWARE…it is very very very hot off season) http://morikami.org/ (it’s a very magical place)
