Original image shot at midnight at San Diego Harbor just before leaving for a group deep sea fishing trip. There was a full moon behind the clouds creating a highlighted area – almost night to day. Shot a long exposure with existing light on a tripod. Post processed as a digital painting with layer overlays composited in Photoshop using various filters and the Orton Effect.
