This day the wind was blowing like crazy and it was obviously quite chilly. I wanted to get a nice picture of the sunset that was a little different than what I normally do though, and then I saw this interesting stuff near the water that had been sprayed by the waves and gradually frozen. I took maybe 5 pictures in the span of a minute and then ran back to my warm car. Taken overlooking the lovely Chesapeake Bay.
