  • I was fascinated as I watched a flock of egrets frolicking in the frothy waves crashing down from the dam at Lake Overholser near Oklahoma City. The reservoir is the city’s oldest, built in 1919, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. The bird life there is a beautiful sight to behold.

Coffee contains caffeine which can have a stimulating effect in humans. A number of recent studies suggest that coffee can be a highly beneficial drink. Researchers suggest that there is strong evidence which makes states that coffee reduces the risk of several serious ailments, including diabetes, heart disease and cirrhosis of the liver. Whatever I need that one cup each morning and I am happy, also I just love the smell.

The land is rich in abundance for those who know where to / look. In the song of the ocean, I find healing. Let me be like the dolphin—joyous in the knowledge of my / freedom! The sun’s light brings new life—the moon’s glow, renewal. In each of us dwells the fountainhead of greatness. The creative source is also the source of life. Each of us must aspire to the heights of our own abilities. Our spirits are reborn in the land. What benefits the Earth, Ke Au Nei, benefits all life. Find the good in every aspect of life. The wind bides for a spell in this place, then it seeks / other lands to explore. Stone remains when all else passes away. Build to preserve….
