My cats, Duke and Daisey just loved lounging under the Christmas tree last year. Duke loved climbing in the tree, too! LOL!
Pencil drawing color enhanced in photoshop. The man sleeps while the dog stays awake they are both homeless.
The brother and sister recognized River from last fall and they both came to say “hello”. The “brand-new” fawn followed suit as her brother and sister seemed to know us and thought of us as “friends”. :) Before they circled my overjoyed dog and they all ran off together, they first make sure that they got their spring morning “family photo” taken. :) Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Algonquin Park
New note 13 October 2009: Got back a few minutes ago from a prize giving for a local photography competition for photos representing “life is always a pleasure in Buffalo City” as I was one of the 13 finalists out of nearly 200 entries – and they chose me as the overall winner! I received a new camera and a R1000 shopping voucher! My boys, then 9 and 10, enjoying a warm evening at the beach in mid autumn, East London, South Africa, 2008, at Gonubie river mouth
Acrylic On Canvas (Original Sold) Concept: There’s a giant in us that lies in great slumber, a vast potential left untapped still. The book that’s in the hands of the polar bear reads “Awaken the Giant Within”....and he’s still sleeping :-)

When we rocked up in Jaisalmar in between these great walls the first thing I saw was this little girl ..balancing..on this rope..wauw i thought how amazing…i watched her many times, she had to earn the family money, mum and dad and little baby where there to collect the money. / I spoke to the father, he told me when he was small he used to do this for many many years, now it was his daughters turn…..she was a lovely child,,but i did feel sad too…. Rajahstan, india
This is the traditional bracelets the Bishnoi women still wear today. I love the simplicity of it, they are quite heavy, i tryed a couple myself. These days you can buy ‘fake’ aluminium ones in the shops, of bad quality and they cut into your legs when you wear them. Rajahstan, India
This was one one of the first mornings i spent time in a Bishnoi village, i was as happy as Larry and was really impressed of the women, they looked so strong and what a wonderfull experience this was..Rajahstan, India!
I wanted to show the original of this photo too, because i love the pink sari, rajahstan, India
Hehe, I was quite bored today, so I decided to take some photos of the cats doing silly things… ; )
