this gang of Adelie penguins gave me a great opportunity for quite a series of entertaining photographs as they zoomed busily about their icy playground. This photo has become a symbol of connection and friendship among my own personal group of nearest and dearest friends.

We all know that the sun and the moon will never met being on opposite position but what if….. / A double layers. / Friends at last ,they meet on the cosy clouds and stay friends forever. / This idea came to me from a song that my mother used to sing when I was young about a rendez-vous between the moon and the sun that never happenned because the two of them were always waiting for one another.Charles Trenet,my mom’s idole was singing that song… / «Le soleil a rendez-vous avec la lune mais la lune n’est pas là et le soleil l’attend »A wonderful card to say that nothing is impossible when you’re in love. / / / / /

This shot was taken in Copacabana in 2006, a little town in the north of Bolivia, situated on the bank of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world at 3800 mts. / There was a big celebration in town that day and so much to see and discover. But I was so tired that I decided to sit down and rest for a while when those two men sat just in front of me. I took so many pictures of them but this one is my favorite. Click /

Two Asian elephants touch trunks in a moment of friendship. Taken at the St. Louis Zoo. / / Part of my line promoting awareness and raising funds for endangered species globally. I am occasionally asked how I start the crazy pics :) This is my concept sketch for “Sea Creature” / The good-natured sea creature gazes benignly at the nervous Grinners as they swim past, in their usual backwards style. The poison blisters on the Grinners’ backs were fully inflated, as though they expected trouble. Observers in the underwater viewing deck, were making notes. Temperatures had risen alarmingly in the Nglishoop sea and creatures like the Blister-bodied Grinners were stressed as a result of these changes and their response was to remain in defence mode. This was costing them valuable energy though, as it was usually reserved for short fight or flight occasions. They were aware, in their remarkably evolved brains, that something was not right, but nothing in their evolutionary coding had prepared them for anything like this. These brightly coloured underwater imps, were a critical part of the reef biome and the researchers were worried. Although they were terrestrial beings, the observers knew that their lives were inextricably bound to events that occurred in this underwater world. Time was running out…

/ / There’s an Elephant in my Garden / a drawing on catridge from my Art Diary / digitally coloured I hope that the grownups who look at this painting will remember something special from their childhood, some hopeful feeling, which will help them through today’s difficulties. There are all the colours of the rainbow in this piece, to remind us that there is always hope, no matter how hopeless it seems sometimes. The rainbow is a sign of hope. Children See/Children Do powerful message for grownups I hope that all the children who look at this painting will drift off into a faraway place in their imagination and feel wonderful for a while, especially if things are getting them down…and if life is wonderful, may this little picture add to the wonder and spark the imagination.
