I took Serena out on a walk around the farm yesterday and Mica followed her around. Serena is an eight year old Bernese Mountain Dog. Mica is a nine year old kitty that we have had since birth because we rescued a pregnant female cat. The mother cat and her other kittens found a new home together and Mica stayed with us and all our other critters. Serena loves cats and our cats all love her. In less than a second Mica spotted a bird and was off only to return awhile later to continue the walk. ~Update / July 9, 2009 Mica passed away of old age this past winter :( She was 16 years old and just passed away in her sleep one night. I will always have this and other photos of her along with some amazing memories.

Thanks to Jordie and Jacquei who modelled and did the shoot… i really appreciate this so much 2 sales of this tee so far Love is a BIG Hug TShirt is a super-cute design on brown paper using mixed media… chalk pastels, charcoal, felt tip pen, coloured pencil and photoshop were used in this mixed media creation This is a new version of the design which I created a while ago, I’ve slimmed her down and set her to one side of the tee, which can give you a slimmer look when wearing the tee For a long while now, i’ve had an image burned in my brain of a little girl holding out her heart… I have had dreams of myself doing the same sort of thing… and this was what i came up with. I didn’t mean for it to be so super-cute… perhaps i’ll do a more serious version someday…with her heart held in her hands… but for now, here’s the cute version…by far the cutest thing i’ve ever created!
