I have been waiting for this kind of shot for a long time. The storms were fierce with a ton of rain last night. I decided to take of work and spend the day at the falls near my house. I must have snapped 200 pictures today. What a great day!! I found a new toy its my infrared lens. Quite a few people have asked me recently how to post framed images of their work under the buy button or in the description area, as I have done here I think it adds another dimension to your page and hopefully encourages people to go one step further than the buying a card option. Thought it might be a good idea to do a general post about this. Will also add this to the various group forums I’m in. Apologies if this has already been done elsewhere. Anyway, here’s how to do it! 1. click the “buy” button on your already uploaded image / 2. click “framed print” option / 3. right click and copy image address / 4. then go back to your ‘my bubble’ and click on your “art” tab and go to the pic you want to edit / 5. Paste image address in the description box / 6. add exclamation marks at the start and end of image address (don’t leave any spaces) / 6. Press save ...and voila! You have it! Bt the way this only works with pics in portrait mode not landscape (you can still insert landscape pics but the right hand side gets chopped off) Cheers & Good Luck / Loredana :-)

While we were out looking for land at Aldinga a few weeks ago we came across this sofa bed in the middle of the court. This is why you should have your camera on you at all times, never miss an opportunity! This photo was taken at the new Bayswood Housing development at Aldinga Beach, South Australia. The hills in the backround are the Willunga Hills. / We tryed to buy a block hear on stage 9 of the development but they all sold out in 15 minutes. This was about three months ago Update: Yah we got a block! Stage 10 / We had to ring up again & first in best dressed. We had 5 of us ring up to at 10am. We could not get through so we thought we missed again. Then my dad rang & said he got through. Then my mother in-law rang & she got through too. I took this photo whilst in Wittunga Botanic Gardenes, South Australia / Phylica Pubescens – Featherhead / Origin: South Africa / This attractive bush is densely covered with hairy leaves and each hair seems to gather the sunlight and make it glow. Location: Vineyards near South Rd Aldinga Beach, South Australia I wasnt happy with the light & colours on the origonal, so I made some adjustments (to the extream I saturated it). I’m watching these vines every week to see how the light changes on them at differnt times of the day. I’m also going to watch the seasons change. I love the lines & wont to get it just right. Two white rhinos enjoying each other’s company. The White Rhinoceros or Square-lipped rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum) is one of the five species of rhinoceros that still exist and is one of the few megafauna species left. Behind only the Elephant, it is probably the most massive remaining land animal in the world. It is well known for its wide mouth used for grazing and for being the most social of all rhino species. The White Rhino is the most common of all rhinos and consists of two subspecies, with the northern subspecies being rarer than the southern. The northern subspecies may have as few as 13 remaining world-wide – 9 captive and 4 wild – although the wild population has not been seen since 2006 and may have disappeared entirely.
