The brother and sister recognized River from last fall and they both came to say “hello”. The “brand-new” fawn followed suit as her brother and sister seemed to know us and thought of us as “friends”. :) Before they circled my overjoyed dog and they all ran off together, they first make sure that they got their spring morning “family photo” taken. :) Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Algonquin Park

Have searched websites trying to find the correct name for this flower – it is not a Clematis, it is not a Scabiosa – all suggestions welcome!! A bit of experimentation in CS3 led to this result. Made in Ultra Fractal 5, except for the signature. I made this back in March, when the weather was playing tricks on us, making us think that Spring was here. A few days of seasonable weather was followed by a big storm that dumped several inches of snow in our yard.
