Only just now i found another one.. So i thought to self, that i’d better write all these down here in the journal – for future reference : NEW PARAGRAPHS / Press ENTER twice and that will give you a new paragraph automatically. Took a different approach for the photoshpcreative07 competition and decided to reverse the concept. Here a lone survivor condemned to a future of infinite chaos manages to escape back into a alternate past of infinite possibility. This could be a physical escape or projected from within the travellers mind; an internal escape to fantasy, much like the ending of Brazil. Have since sold the image for use on the cover of the Griffith Review – yay.

Yes I know what you’re all thinking…It’s ANOTHER PET DOG!!!!! Don’t panic you arty farty types…it’s only up for a limited time whilst I make some cards for a friends present. Then it will be strictly back to black polo necks and matching berets. Ciao baby. Postscript (Wow I literally just uplaoded this to make cards for a friends birthday. I had no idea people would comment on it! I feel compelled to point out – as those who know me understand – my humour is very dry and ironic. Don’t take anything I say seriously! I was looking around other sites and I came across several redbubble images, mine included. I have not figured out the site yet but it looks like a place to play around with images and in some cases using the images to advertise the product they are selling, I think that is against the law…....not sure.The people using the images have a redbubble link with our username attached but I think it serves as more traffic to steal images…..not to increase chances of sales.I have contacted the company and told them that this is not a stock photograph company but the individuals are held responsible for the images they acquire. I copied some of the images they made with our images and I got a pretty decent result. If you go to polyvore and “TRY” the site, go to the search engine and type redbubble, you will find 7 pages of our images.There is no watermark on them,so they must have cropped them off.I wish there was a way to have a huge watermark displayed across the images only when someone tries to copy or print them. taken during Viva Las Vagas 2008, randomly in the Gold Coast Casino by Linda Kramer, working on a book of portraits . I was alone & lost when she found me, plus had hay fever which explains the watery eyes. I was 1 of probably hundreds of people she took that weekend. The book should be worth a gander….

MARION CHAMPMAN is a wonderful artist and a lover of patterns and design.. Printmaking and experimenting with all kinds of materials and colors.. she really turns my head.. Marion… truth be told.. Kauai is not a very pastel-y place.. so I took my photo and gave it a Marion Wash.. I love this shot..I do not know what this is but I spent some time with this guy..It was a very tall tree and that is how the leaves grow on it.. no branches!! Marion’s Chapman’s Pastels inspired Maddy of Smudge ARt Fame to write a most lovely lovely piece.. My gratitude for the Love here is ever growing.. Thank YOu Maddy! What beauty is this I behold ? / “A feast to ones eye”, I am told. / Leaves wrapped in soft hues. / Colors of gold, red and spiritual blues. “A tree without branches ”, she did say. / Just leaves that enfold it in every way. / Lina sad, this tree amazed me so, / I could not look at it and just let it go. On Tuesday December 23rd 2008, my son Kevin came home for the Christmas holidays, taking the commuter train from downtown Montreal to our home here on the North Shore. Upon disembarking, he heard loud mewing, followed the source to a snowbank and found this pitiful baby bundle outside in -14 C degrees temperature. Since it was very close to someone’s front door, he knocked, but the woman who answered said she had a dog and was allergic to cats. He tried a few other houses in the vicinity but to no avail and so brought this little lost kitty home to us. Later in the day he canvassed the neighborhood but without any success, no one wanted to claim this little orphan. It is a mystery since this small cat appeared to be about 6 weeks old, had no frozen extremeties, did not appear to be starved and other than being scared and hungry at the time seemed to be in perfect health. / So we have welcomed kitty into our home and named him Frankie after Old Blues himself! This is a re-work of my Scruffy picture I took of her 3 days after I found her abandoned on the “campo” scared and alone. Nikon D40 18-55mm I think she must have been thrown out at night as she is terrified of going into our back garden at night (our spotlight is broken!) and just cowers on the grass in fear and refuses to go to the toilet! Anyway whilst RB was down the other day I did a bit of playing on PSP and this was one of the images I played with!!! TEXTURE /
