March 13th 2008 a property on Range Road at Willunga, known as ‘Yurunga’ that was burned to the ground approximately 50 acres of natural scrub land was lost in the fire. Courageous CFS fire fighters risked their own lives to save the property. I took this photo whilst in Wittunga Botanic Gardenes, South Australia / Phylica Pubescens – Featherhead / Origin: South Africa / This attractive bush is densely covered with hairy leaves and each hair seems to gather the sunlight and make it glow. Onkaparinga River Mouth, South Port Noarlunga, South Australia / Colourful clay and limestone cliffs tower above the calm river estuary on one side while surf crashes on the other. South Port, as it is known, is popular for fishing, swimming, surfing, snorkelling and diving. BnW Version of Lt Bourke PL which was submitted previously (with 30D) Mamiya RB67 + 50mm + Fuji Provia 100 / Converted to BnW in CS. And try in a square format. Will upload the square format in color at later stage. All Rights Reserved. I just got the film developed last week … hmmm, I should be careful about that light rays from the right hand side of the lens. While we were out looking for land at Aldinga a few weeks ago we came across this sofa bed in the middle of the court. This is why you should have your camera on you at all times, never miss an opportunity! This photo was taken at the new Bayswood Housing development at Aldinga Beach, South Australia. The hills in the backround are the Willunga Hills. / We tryed to buy a block hear on stage 9 of the development but they all sold out in 15 minutes. This was about three months ago Update: Yah we got a block! Stage 10 / We had to ring up again & first in best dressed. We had 5 of us ring up to at 10am. We could not get through so we thought we missed again. Then my dad rang & said he got through. Then my mother in-law rang & she got through too. Location: Vineyards near South Rd Aldinga Beach, South Australia I wasnt happy with the light & colours on the origonal, so I made some adjustments (to the extream I saturated it). I’m watching these vines every week to see how the light changes on them at differnt times of the day. I’m also going to watch the seasons change. I love the lines & wont to get it just right. This is the beach South of the Onkaparinga River Mouth at the bottom of these stairs Colourful clay and limestone cliffs tower above the ocean. South Port, as it is known, is popular for fishing, swimming, surfing, snorkelling and diving. Location: Adelaide Botanic Garden’s glasshouse Amazon Waterlily Pavilion. Native to Brazil and the Amazon this lily can grow up to 8’ leaves that can hold 300lbs. These strong and stiff leaves are covered with 1” spines on the maroon bottom of supporting ribs and sides. The new leaf is flat before growing a 3-6” rim. I wasnt happy with the light & colours on the origonal, so I made some adjustments (to the extream I saturated it). Like my image of Autumn Vines – Aldinga Beach .
