This historic Formula 1 car was the first non-European car to win a grand prix. It did so at the 1965 Mexico round of the championship. The image was taken at the 2007 Sydney International Motor Show, where Honda had the fully restored car on display.

Currently Im sitting at my computer after consuming a can of Mountain due. Its got me totally wires and and feeling all out of sorts. It turns out it has a number of questionable ingredients in it in cluding Sodium Benzoate thats like to hyperactivity and can potentially destory your mitochondrial DNA, scary stuff! Prolong your life – Avoid Mountain Dew! I have just come back and read what i tried to type above, I’m all over the shop! I will leave my badly typed and confusing description as factual evidence to prove that mountain dew is bad for you, very bad!
This is an exercise in blur with PS Elements – the original photo was Nigel Mansell stationary on the grid. I’m not 100% sure of the outcome but thought I would put it up for comments. Edit – Added some radial blur to the tyres and tidied up a few edge details.
This Williams FW07 was driven by the Australian F1 World Champion Alan Jones during the 1979 and 1980 seasons. / Alan was to drive this car to win the Drivers World Championship in 1980 through wins in the Argentine, French, British, Canadian, and United States Grand Prix. I took this shot at a recent historic event at Silverstone…and played about with it just a bit in Photoshop! / The car and sky were in the same original image, but I ‘introduced’ the bushes in the far distance from another image and brought the sky down a little in order to remove people, and other cars that were in the background. / I also had to be very patient, as every so often somebody would stop by and peer into the car getting in the way of my shot! I hope you like the result. Nikon D80. Nikkor 18-135mm. 1/1250 f8
