  • West bank, Luxor, Egypt. Untouched Medium Format scan Part 11 in a series

  • On the hillside heading through the back roads to Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales, you get this view down Wensleydale. On this day, the light was playing the clouds, the coldness of the winter day can be seen by the different cloud shapes and types. Whilst the tree seemed to be painting the sky Shot in the Yorkshire Dales

  • Xe Bang Fai cave near the Vietnam border in Laos is one of the world’s biggest and most spectacular river caves. This shot was taken near the downstream entrance after completing a kayaking trip through the 7 kilometre long river passage. The caver standing on the large rock gives some scale to the chamber. The picture was a several-second exposure taken with an olympus waterproof digital camera.

  • The 12 Apostles just off the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. This one was taken just minutes after the Panorama and only minutes later the stormy weather hit where I was standing and it was a quick retreat back to the car. / Settings Canon 40D, 17-85mm IS.   • This was taken in the Park Avenue area of Arches National Park near Moab Utah, USA. Nikon D300, Nikor 18-200vr, circ polorizer

  • Now for something a little bit different. This was part of my course at university – studio photography. This was taken with a Hasselblad 501cm medium format camera – with a flashring – developed in darkroom and scanned from the original print (my negs are still with lecturer).
