  • Olinda, near the Hamer Arboretum, Dandenong Ranges.

  • This is again, from a drive through the back roads of the Dandenong ranges in Victoria. I was just driving around and stopping to photograph things that caught me eye (I wound up lost too). This is a plot of land behind a farmhouse near Seville.

  • This was a beautiful place to be – when the children were there is became magical – every door opened wasn’t a garden it was the secret garden and we had to look for lepricorns and fairies and smell every flower and describe every tree.

  • photomanipulation (software: Photoshop 7). Used 8 my photos. A darling little girl in such a scary place…

  • One of the more beautiful sunsets I have witnessed over Mt. Rainier and all reflected in the still waters of Upper LAke Tipsoo

  • This is a photomanipulation done in Photoshop CS2 using 4 of my own photos to create a landscape :) “And it shall come to pass afterward / That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; / Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, / Your old men shall dream dreams, / Your young men shall see visions.” ~Joel 2:28

  • I was traveling through the National Wilderness in Thomas Jefferson forest, when this scene appeared before me. I had moments to capture the light breaking through the fog. This picture will be appearing in the March 2008 issue of National Geographic.

  • The sunshine of a late October morning in 2007 turning a forest lane near Lage Vuursche in the Netherlands into a miracle world of pure bliss. • This dreamy glade in Pisgah National Forest, Western North Carolina, gave me the feeling of being in two worlds at once – the “normal” world we live in and also a world filled with faeries, gnomes and is that a troll hiding in the forest?? I added the Orton effect with PhotoShop to give it an even more dream-like quality and enhanced the colors. This was taken in the early morning hours just after the sun rose. Featured in the Your Magic Place Group – 2009! Featured in The Woman Photographer – June, 2009! Featured in All Countries~Wetlands, Ponds, Lakes and Rivers, June 26, 2009! • The third in my series “The Soul Of The Forest” / I think that forests and forest creatures have their own protective spirts. Have you ever leaned against a large tree trunk and felt the spirit of the tree? Most people feel peaceful, when in a forest, not only is that due to all of the extra oxygen given off by the trees, but it is also due to the friendliness of the spirits within that live there. This image reflects the light of the one true spirit, the God that is in all of creation, may his love shower down upon us all! Image take at Union Creek, Oregon First time I’ve ever been able to photograph such beautiful light rays! What an experience! C3C80_EFBE9_60EFB I have been fortunate to have this piece featured in the following groups: Olympus and Four Thirds, Natural Color and Light, Mountains and Mountain Light: Thank you so much for this honor!

  • These are actually not poplar trees but the nesting colonies of the sociable weavers in the Kalahari desert. The weaver birds build their nests in high trees or in this case man made poles. The nesting material is harvested by local farmers to be sold as an industrial fire retardant and gets it’s color from the nearby Red dunes This image shows a detail. oil on canvas / 120×80 cm / original sold
