In my home town there’s a church,ONE restaurant,a grocery store …oh !!! and a hardware store …..and a church,a restaur…you know all that,it’s not that I’m not proud of my small village but my real home is what’s arround it,the forest…with my dog Tchoko,of course,on a foggy morning,having a great time in the parc of the Biology Center of the University of Montreal…St-Hippolyte,Quebec,Canada.. /

Sherbrooke forest just at the end of a showering of light rain. Perfect timing as it helped to give this wonderful misty glow. This is the same road as shown in “A Golden Day” but taken in late afternoon as opposed to morning, and about a year later, October 12, 2008. This is also a bit earlier in the season than the previous scene, so the trees are much fuller. I used the Nikon D40x with the 18-135 lens and the polarizing filter. Blue Knob mountain, Pennsylvania. Usually Moore Cove Falls in Pisgah National Forest doesn’t have this volume of water. But following a heavy rain, I was able to stand behind the falls and snap this photo of the afternoon sun shining through the falling water. Misty haunting morning this morning, sitting in a pine plantation at Mt Burr in the Limestone Coast area of South Australia. Last hints of fog lifting as the sun rose towards a clear blue sky. Canon 400D 18-55 lens with ND4 filter. Three shot HDR converted in Photomatix and cropped to size. Damn it was cold!!!!!!!!!!

Out early this morning to watch the sun rise through the fog in a pine plantation at Mt Burr – Limestone Coast South Australia. Certainly worth the cold to see the beauty as the sun tried to force its way into the forest. Canon 400D 18 – 55 with ND4 filter. Processed in Photoshop CS3.
