The loch is so long and the Great Glen Fault so straight that it may well be the only loch/lake in Britain that you can not see the end of due to the curvature of the Earth…..this picture captures it somewhat, but on a clear day you can see a mirage effect where the sky meets the loch.   • As with Uluru tourists are not allowed to roam around at will near the ends of the days within native reserves. Every one gets the same shot of Kata Tjuta at sunset. I was fortunate to be using Kodachrome which had no difficulty in recording all the brightness values present. Taken with a Pentax Z1p on Kodachrome 200 film
