This photo is pretty much straight out of the camera – sometimes i really surprise myself! I took this photo at the same place I took “yarra river footbridge” – dragged hubby down to carry my tripod around city so i could take a few more snaps at night – happy! As we are now in Autumn, what better than a nice autumn colour shot at a stream by Low dam Tarn… / Shot on my meet up with friends Steve Smith and Lesley G. / Shot above Finsthwaite, this is a stream that falls from the smaller tarn just below High Dam tarn, totally artificial, not that you would realise this apart from the dam there, but was created in 1858 to provide water for a bobbin mill in Finsthwaite, this stream would have run to that mill.. / Shot in the English lake district national park, Cumbria, near to Windermere. / Shot with a Nikon D300 and Sigma 10-20mm lens / f 22 / 1 sec / 10mm focal length /
